Mission Statement

I will use my leadership and communication abilities, along with the knowledge I have to help ensure the smooth transition into, and the further success at Iowa State University. I will facilitate my class to the best of my abilities, keeping all students actively engaged with the material at hand. I will answer, or find an answer, for any and all questions asked in and outside the classroom. I will give aid and advice to enhance the students academic, financial, social, and overall maturity during their first semester at ISU. I will inspire the students to want to become peer mentors themselves.
